To secure your date, I require a non-refundable booking fee which will be detailed on the estimate. The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding.
Yes! Delivery is included to one location within 20 miles of CR5. Additional locations, locations further a field or larger weddings which require additional personnel will incur extra fees, which will be detailed on the estimate.
Once you have accepted the estimate and paid the booking fee, the overall cost cannot be reduced beyond 15% of the total price due to changes requested.
A follow up consultation is included 8 weeks before the event to finalise details and any amendments to colour schemes etc. If the styles of arrangements or choice of flowers changes, this may alter the price originally provided in the estimate.
The booking fee is non-refundable, even if the date is changed, the wedding cancelled for any reason, or the client decides to engage an alternative supplier.
In the event of cancellation, charges may also apply. Cancellation 8 weeks prior to the event will incur a charge of 25% of the total amount. For cancellations 5 weeks before the event, full payment will be required. Charges are applied at our discretion pending cancellation circumstances. We advise taking out comprehensive Wedding Insurance.
Yes! If you require designs to be moved between venues during the event, this will be discussed during the consultation and a quotation for this will be included in the estimate.
I do! Depending on the style of centrepieces in the Signature package, bowls of vases will be hired for the event. Hired items must be returned in good condition within 5 days. A security deposit will apply.
Any costs associated with damages or necessary cleaning resulting from the client's negligence will be deducted from the holding deposit. Any missing items will be charged at full replacement value.
