How to book your flower hire

Step 1: Choose your package & Check Your Date

📅 Is your event date available? - Complete the online form below, detailing the package you are after, the date & location of your event. I'll then get back to you to confirm availability & send a booking form for you to sign and return. Popular dates book fast, so don’t wait too long!

Step 2: Pay Your Deposit & check the T&Cs

💳 Secure your spot - A 20% non-refundable deposit locks in your date and starts the flower magic. The deposit is redeemable against the final amount.

Step 3: Your all booked!

🎨 Decoration ticked off the 'to do' list! - By paying the deposit & returning the booking form, you are agreeing to the T&Cs of purchase. Your flower hire is all booked in and it's one less thing to do.

What’s included in the hire service?

My hire packages include beautifully styled artificial flower arrangements for your event venues—think arches, aisle décor, table centrepieces, and statement installations. Each piece is crafted with premium faux blooms for a realistic, elegant finish.

Can I choose my colours?

You are able to select from the range of available colour palettes to suit your wedding theme. Whether you’re going for romantic pastels, bold bright tones, or timeless neutrals, I’ll help you find the perfect match.

How long can I hire the flowers for?

Hire is typically for 48 hours, covering setup before your event and collection after your reception. Longer hire periods can be arranged—just let me know your schedule.

Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes! I’ll deliver, install, and collect the arrangements so you can focus on enjoying your day. Delivery and set up within 5 miles of CR5 is included. A delivery and set up fee of £20 is applied to venues within 10 miles of CR5. Additional locations, locations further a field or larger weddings which require additional personnel will incur extra fees, which will be detailed at after once the initial enquiry is received.
