 To secure your date, we require a 20% non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance is due eight weeks before your wedding.  

 Yes! Final colour preferences or any additional add-ons can be amended up to eight weeks before your wedding. Items cannot be removed from the original order.

• Cancellation more than 8 weeks before - Booking fee retained
• Cancellation 8 weeks prior to the event - a charge of 25% of the total amount.  
• For cancellations 5 weeks before the event, full payment will be required. 

Charges are applied at our discretion pending cancellation circumstances. We advise taking out comprehensive Wedding Insurance. 

My wedding flower collection offers a selected range of items, making planning simple and stress-free. You choose the items that suits your requirements, and I’ll take care of the rest—selecting the most beautiful blooms for your chosen items.

Here’s what that means:

• I’ll choose the best flowers available to match your colour palette, ensuring freshness, quality, and design harmony.

You’re welcome to share your colour preferences. I’ll select flowers based on availability and quality.  Luxury blooms (like peonies, hydrangeas, garden roses) are available at an additional cost.

Yes! Delivery is included to one location within 5 miles of CR5. There is a delivery fee of £10 for locations over 5 miles up to 10 miles from CR5.

Additional locations or deliveries further a field incur extra fees, which will be detailed at the time of booking.

Alternatively, you can collect your order from my workshop in Netherne on the Hill at no cost.

Please report any issues on the day of delivery. I can’t accept complaints after the event. We’re not liable for damage caused by venue staff, weather, or third parties.
