 To secure your date, we require a 25% non-refundable booking fee. The remaining balance is due eight weeks before your wedding.  

My wedding flower packages offer a selected range of items, making planning simple and stress-free. You choose the package that suits your requirements, and I’ll take care of the rest—selecting the most beautiful blooms for your chosen items.

Here’s what that means:

• You share your preferred colour palette and vibe
• I’ll choose the best flowers available to match your colour palette, ensuring freshness, quality, and design harmony.

You’re welcome to share your colour preferences. I’ll select flowers based on availability and quality. 

No — items within each package are fixed and cannot be removed. If there’s something you don’t need (for example, a bridesmaid bouquet), the flowers allocated for that item will be re‑purposed into other arrangements within your package. The package price remains fixed.

 Yes — you can request one substitution per order. All substitutions are approved at my discretion to ensure the overall design stays cohesive and true to your chosen palette and vibe.

Any approved substitution must be of the same price and value as the original item. This keeps the quality, scale and balance of your florals consistent.

 Yes — you can request additional arrangements. Please detail these on the enquiry form and I will confirm the cost of the extra items prior to you booking.

Yes! Final colour preferences or any additional add-ons can be amended up to eight weeks before your wedding. Items cannot be removed from the original order.

• Cancellation more than 8 weeks before - Booking fee retained
• Cancellation 8 weeks prior to the event - a charge of 25% of the total amount.  
• For cancellations 5 weeks before the event, full payment will be required. 

Charges are applied at our discretion pending cancellation circumstances. We advise taking out comprehensive Wedding Insurance. 

Yes! Delivery is included to one location within 5 miles of CR5. There is a delivery fee of £25 for locations over 5 miles up to 10 miles from CR5.

Additional locations or deliveries further a field incur extra fees, which will be detailed at the time of booking.

Alternatively, you can collect your order from my workshop in Netherne on the Hill at no cost.

Please report any issues on the day of delivery. I can’t accept complaints after the event. We’re not liable for damage caused by venue staff, weather, or third parties.

I love showcasing my work! I may photograph your floral designs for promotional use, but will always respect your privacy and won’t use personal images without your consent.
